Board of Directors
Anuj Mathur
graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA
(Bachelor of Business Administration) in Finance in 2002 and has
also completed courses at the London School of Economics. He is
currently focused on technology related investments at Alexandra
Investment Management, a multi-strategy hedge fund based in New
York. From 2002-2004, Anuj worked in Salomon Smith Barney’s
(Citigroup) Technology Investment Banking Group. While focused on
Mergers & Acquisitions, Anuj completed transactions including:
PeopleSoft’s defense of Oracle’s hostile offer, PeopleSoft’s
acquisition of JD Edwards, Advanced Fibre Communication’s
acquisition of Marconi’s North American Access Group and VeriSign’s
acquisition of Guardent. |
