Board of Directors Drs. Hans H.G. Pfennings, Esq. was born 1953 in Sittard, The Netherlands. He received his Law degree from the University of Tilburg, the Netherlands, and in 1980 obtained a degree in Tax-Law from the Economics Department of the University of Tilburg. After working for a major Tax Firm in the southern part of The Netherlands. Mr. Pfennings moved to St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles, in 1983, where he has full stewardship of SMITCO; St. Maarten International Trust Company, the 2nd largest Trust Company in the Kingdom of The Netherlands. In this capacity Mr. Pfennings oversees the financial affairs of individual and institutional clients from around the world.
